Acupuncture is a 3,400 year old healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves the gentle insertion of ultra-fine needles at specific points on the body. This holistic therapy is designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, promote energy (Qi) and blood flow, and restore balance between mind and body.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, migraines, digestive issues, or hormonal imbalances, acupuncture offers a safe, drug-free, and personalized approach to wellness. Many clients also find acupuncture deeply relaxing, often experiencing improved sleep, mood, and overall vitality.
Treatments are tailored to your unique needs and are provided in a calm, supportive environment by experienced, licensed practitioners.

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to increase blood flow, release toxins, reduce muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation. This technique is often used to relieve pain, inflammation, and stiffness while supporting the body’s natural detoxification process.
During a session, special cups are placed on specific areas of the body, creating a vacuum effect that draws stagnant blood and toxins to the surface. This encourages circulation and helps the body heal more efficiently. Though temporary marks may appear, they typically fade within a few days — a sign of improved circulation and energetic release.
Cupping can be especially effective for:

Moxibustion, or moxa, is a warming technique that involves the burning of dried Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) to gently warm, stimulate the regeneration of cells, and move stagnated blood and qi. Used for centuries, moxa is known for enhancing circulation, boosting energy (Qi), and supporting the body’s ability to heal itself.
This soothing, heat-based therapy is often used to:
Moxa can be applied directly or indirectly, depending on your needs, and is often combined with acupuncture for enhanced results. The warmth of moxibustion is deeply comforting and grounding, making it ideal for those seeking a gentle, restorative therapy.

Gua Sha is a gentle yet powerful healing technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Therapists perform intentional strokes along the neck, or body. Each movement is designed to follow the natural flow of qi (energy) and lymphatic pathways, encouraging detoxification and balance from within.
